Responsibility:Design research plan for key intelligence topics with KIQs ( Key intelligence questions) to support the strategy decisionRun survey in person with face to face interview and prepare the report and insight presentation;Analyze content to ensure market needs are synthesized and presented in a concise and a compelling format to develop alternatives and recommendations. Develop proper customer satisfaction survey to OEMs and Dealers /Dealer groups in each country of Asia to identify the gap and improvement areas to promote more existing businessAssist in the development of long-term strategic objectives for working with senior business leaders to scope and initiate projects aimed at making strategic decisions and resolving key strategic issuesQualification:Bachelor degree or aboveIT related majorAt least 6 year Market research role, experience on both quantitative and qualitative execution, preferred automotive area experience or relevant background, Auto IT is a strong plusVery professional on Excel, PPT software application and strong skill on data mining and analysisStrong interpersonal and communication skillFluent written and reading English capabilities, good speaking is a plus
